Marketing and Sales Manager

You will be joining our team, focusing on developing and maintaining new business for our firm. As the first point of contact, you will be building and maintaining relationships by understanding their business needs and providing solutions based on the services we provide.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing marketing solutions for clients, creating and managing marketing budgets, presenting marketing solutions and growing accounts -working within an agency is a plus. We are looking for candidates, who have developed successful lead generation strategies for clients in, advertising, print, paid search, social media, SEO, email and everything that will help move the needle. This individual will be working with our team to help the clients meet and exceed their marketing goals.

You are tech-savvy and passionate about providing solutions in a business-to-business context. As a member of our sales and marketing team, you will earn a base salary in addition to target-driven commission earnings.


  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  • Work with prospects/clients to identify their marketing needs and develop and implement both short and long-term strategic marketing plans to satisfy their objectives

  • Build relationships with prospects by gaining insight into their businesses, enabling you to provide solutions for their marketing requirements

  • Route qualified opportunities to Sales Consultants for further development and closure

  • Record activity, monitor, and advance opportunities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly & annual targets

  • Manage the day to day activities of the accounts to which you are assigned

  • Develop effective lead generation campaigns to meet and exceed client goals

  • Maintain ownership of client communication

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Manage and track client budgets and billable hours effectively


  • An understanding of developing relationships with decision-makers within client marketing teams

  • A customer-oriented approach

  • Excellent verbal, written communications proven client presentation skills a must

  • Very organized and process-driven; capable of multi-tasking with good time-management

  • 3+ years of work experience in advertising agencies with a concentration in digital marketing including - paid search, social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, etc.

  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and generate leads for clients

  • Proven ability to take a leadership role as a communicator, translator, and bridge between the client and internal team

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Good analytical skills
