At Leland Creative Marketing, our process involves a series of steps that allow us to identify customer problems, analyze market opportunities, and create marketing initiatives to reach a client’s desired audience. Our process includes ways in which value can be created for our clients to satisfy their requirements. It is an endless series of actions and reactions between customers and businesses to create value for end users.

The overall process for Leland Creative Marketing includes, but is not limited to, assessing the situation to identify opportunities, creating strategy to formulate value, making tactical decisions, planning and executing, monitoring results, and then learning in order to start the process again.

Our processes include direct activities and indirect activities. For us, direct activities add value for our clients to enhance the consumer experiences of their products or services. Internally, many of our processes are supported by indirect activities, which support the services we provide before, during, and after it has been executed.
